Andrew J. Miller
Andrew J. Miller is a trial attorney with Freidin Brown, P.A., focused on high-stakes insurance coverage disputes and claims, representing homeowners, commercial property owners, community associations, and businesses against large insurance and construction companies.
Andrew earned his college degree from the University of Miami in 2016. While in college, Andrew served as the president of the American Marketing Association and functioned as the head of customer service for a national restaurant brand, a role he held until enrolling at the University of Miami School of Law in 2017.
Andrew earned his juris doctor in 2020, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Andrew served as the Editor-In-Chief of the University of Miami Business Law Review, successfully publishing the journal’s 28th volume. He also served as a Dean’s Fellow to Professor Narine Weldon for Legal Research and Communication II, a student ambassador, and as a clerk for a Fortune 500 construction and infrastructure company.
Since graduating from law school, Andrew has focused on civil litigation. His work has included handling all aspects of cases, including pre-suit investigation, written discovery and depositions, motion practice, negotiating settlements, and otherwise seeing cases through to disposition.
